Barre Fitness

Barre Fitness is a fitness program that mixes elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivational music. Each workout uses exercise equipment such as a mini-ball, a light set of hand weights, and a ballet barre to sculpt, slim and stretch the entire body. Barre is such a versatile workout because equipment is optional; a barre workout can be done with only body weight in the event equipment is not available. The low-impact nature of barre makes it accessible for all ages and fitness levels. 

Classes
Monday: 6:45pm-7:45pm
Thursday: 7:00pm-8:00pm
Saturday: 12:00pm-1:00pm

Fees: $8.00 per class or $35.00 for five classes
