Healthy Living

An approach to wellness which focuses on empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools for changing unhealthy habits with healthy ones and sustaining those healthy habits.
The program addresses Nutrition, Exercise and Relaxation habits for optimal wellness.
This program is for 12-weeks.
