The Pilates method of body conditioning is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises. It strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, unites body and mind, creates a more streamlined shape, and builds a strong core.
It's a total body exercise system that uses multiple muscle groups simultaneously, resulting in a full body workout.   A session will leave you feeling energized and invigorated with an overall sense of well-being.

Wednesdays and Fridays 10am –11am $6 per class or $20 for four classes
