The Douglasville HR Department sponsored the annual employee health fair as part of their "Be Fit with D-Fit" wellness program.
Employees received health screenings for blood pressure, total cholesterol, HDL "good" cholesterol, and blood sugar.
Then they met with a health counselor to go over the results, and put together a plan to improve their overall health.
Participants earned "Mayor Money" to redeem for prize drawings, and had a chance to try their luck at craps, roulette and blackjack tables for prizes as well.
