Mayors' Monarch Pledge

National Wildlife Federation

The National Wildlife Federation and local municipalities across the country have created the Mayors' Monarch Pledge to help stem the serious decline of the iconic monarch butterfly population. Butterflies are vital "pollinators" in our ecosystem.

Keep Douglasville Beautiful is spearheading this effort for Mayor Robinson, and she proclaimed February 2, 2017 as "Mayors’ Monarch Pledge Day”.  See a site plan, and find out how you can help.
