Five City of Douglasville employees recently graduated from the Management Development Program offered by the Carl Vinson Institute of Government at the University of Georgia. The course offers comprehensive management and leadership development tailored for local government. This highly-interactive program focuses on the development of personal and group leadership skills and knowledge relevant to successful local government operations. The classes consisted of 20 days of instruction over an eight month period.
