Human Resources 2018 First Quarter Promotion Ceremony

Douglasville Human Resources Department held their quarterly promotion ceremony on March 30th. 

HR Director Teaa Allston-Bing said, “We are excited to honor our newly promoted employees with a ceremony every quarter as part of our employee recognition program.  The city prides itself on filling a regular service vacancy through promotion or voluntary transfer.  It’s important that we consider and promote internal talent so that employees can see the potential for growth, which in turn boosts morale and productivity.”

The following employees were promoted to new responsibilities:
