See the Steering Committee presentation from 5/3/19 meeting. See earlier presentations from 1/18/19 and 3/28/19. Presentation to Council on 8/1/19. Final Draft prepared. Went to City Council work session on August 1, 2019. City Council approved the Final Draft and costs September 3, 2019. Staff is submitting the final draft to ARC. ARC stated that it was complete.

I-20 @ SR 92 Interchange Enhancements

Russell Landscape Contractors are still in the process of performing grading work for both the eastbound and westbound ramps. 

 
Lighting & Banners Phase II Curb and Gutter Construction completed. Project under budget. No change orders. 100% completed
SR92/Dallas Hwy Enhancements Staff made application to ARC for the recommended Dallas Highway LCI projects. We should hear about the application grants in Spring 2020.  ARC is waiting on the COVID-19 pandemic before awarding contracts. Concept design - 80%
SR92/Fairburn Road Enhancements

AECOM is preparing a task order for the design.

Cedar Mountain Road There are a few punch list items that are being taken care of.  90%
West Court House Square 85%-flooring and painting complete.  Furniture delivered. Fiber to be installed week of April 6th.      85%
Club Drive Project Amy Tisenchek has provided the City with an estimated overall cost for 8578 Club Drive. The proposal will be presented to Mayor and Council for the May 14th and 18th round of council meetings for their review and approval.  
Pedestrian Bicycle Plan The final shareholder’s meeting was held in April to present the findings of the study. The final draft of the report is in progress and will be submitted by the end of May. Looking at doing meetings virtually. The draft plan has been circulated to staff for review. 90%
I-20 @ Chapel Hill Interchange Consultant made a recommended alternative, that is not a DDI.    
Comprehensive Transportation Plan Update (CTP) Conference Call with Jacobs Engineering on moving forward using alternative communications. Laid out a plan with Jacobs. 
Conference Center A/V Equipment/System RFP has been completed and posted by Finance. 

LMIG 2019 Resurfacing

 Opened bids and CW Matthews said they should be finished by the end of 2019.   Contracts are being generated.

 Ellis Street

Currently on hold. Marcus to meet with GDOT in June to discuss options.     
 Hunter Park Walking Trail Based on the escalating costs of design and construction, the project has been tabled indefinitely.    

 City of Douglasville Wellness Center

Will be holding a soft opening on May 18th. The Center will be 100% complete after the soft opening.   91%
