Sent letter to GDOT and ARC to move up the construction. GDOT stated they would if FFPR was done and Env, ROW and Utilities were certified. Working on that now. Applied for the 3rd Quarter Tip Amendment for $33,000 in additional funds for construction. ARC shows the additional money in the TIP Amendment.

Went to City Council work session on August 1, 2019. City Council approved the Final Draft and costs September 3, 2019. Staff is submitting the final draft to ARC. ARC stated that it was complete.

|I-20 @ Chapel Hill Interchange||Douglas County is the project manager. First Steering Committee meeting was held in June. The city is on the steering committee. There are some questions about Freedom Island. Staff presenting to information on Freedom Island on 8-15-19. Went before City Council on August 15, 2019. City Council determined to make it a park. Having it surveyed now. Received a quote from Vansant Campbell for surveying of $1700.|
|Comprehensive Transportation Plan Update (CTP)||Signed contract with Jacobs. Started study on June 12, 2019. Kick-off meeting with Jacobs on July 9, 2019.Jacobs is doing data collection. Jacobs went to a community event and surveyed citizens on 8-14-19.|
|Conference Center A/V Equipment/System||Met with IT representative. Looking at examples of Audio Visual RFPs in order to get the process started. Currently in the process of getting building plans from architect. AV plans sent to Baker Audio.|
