Sent letter to GDOT and ARC to move up the construction. GDOT stated they would if FFPR was done and Env, ROW and Utilities were certified. Working on that now. Applied for the 3rd Quarter Tip Amendment for $33,000 in additional funds for construction. ARC shows the additional money in the TIP Amendment. FFPR was submitted and Env, ROW and Utilities were certified.

Went to City Council work session on August 1, 2019. City Council approved the Final Draft and costs September 3, 2019. Staff is submitting the final draft to ARC. ARC stated that it was complete.

|I-20 @ Chapel Hill Interchange||Miguel Valentin presented a power point presentation to the CC. A Stakeholders meeting was on Wednesday, November 6, 2019. Freedom Island- Went before City Council on August 15, 2019. City Council determined to make it a park. We are having it surveyed now. Received a quote from Vansant Campbell for surveying of $1700. Douglas County showed a preferred alternative to keeping Freedom Island to the City Council.|
|Comprehensive Transportation Plan Update (CTP)||Signed contract with Jacobs. Started study on June 12, 2019. Kick-off meeting with Jacobs on July 9, 2019.Jacobs is doing data collection. Jacobs went to a community event and surveyed citizens on 8-14-19. Steering Committee Meeting was on Tuesday, November 19th, 2019.|
