City Legal is communicating with property owner. The property owner has begun the probate process needed to clear the land title, and it is on-going.
Hawthorne Center Restroom Renovations Project is complete. 100%
Unified Development Code Rewrite Deadline for draft from Jacobs is February 1. 100%
Douglasville Comprehensive Plan Update Public hearing held on 8/30/18. 90%, must be complete by October 31
Windshield Study Old Mill Village and Downtown area 100%
Riverside Parkway Bridge Rehab Project ready to go to construction in 3 months.
Sent letter to GDOT and ARC to move up the construction. GDOT stated they would if FFPR was done and Env, ROW and Utilities were certified. Working on that now.  Applied for the 3rd Quarter Tip Amendment for $33,000 in additional funds for construction. ARC shows the additional money in the TIP Amendment. FFPR was submitted and Env, ROW and Utilities were certified.

Dallas Highway LCI Study Download the Plan. (27MB)
See the Steering Committee presentation from 5/3/19 meeting. See earlier presentations from 1/18/19 and 3/28/19. Presentation to Council on 8/1/19. Final Draft prepared. Went to City Council work session on August 1, 2019. City Council approved the Final Draft and costs September 3, 2019. Staff is submitting the final draft to ARC. ARC stated that it was complete.

SPLOST Resurfacing Bid Package SPLOST list was presented to Marcia and Greg in June. The final list needs to be determined and will be bid in Spring 2020.  Design - 100%

List of remaining projects in the SPLOST program turned in for review. 90%
Douglas Boulevard Resurfacing Project is complete except for installing the traffic signal vehicle loop detectors.  
 
I-20 @ SR 92 Interchange Enhancements

Steve is recommending the preferred contractor to council on December 3rd

 
Lighting & Banners Phase II Curb and Gutter Construction completed. Project under budget. No change orders. 100% completed
SR92/Dallas Hwy Enhancements The concept development is complete, and estimates were provided for design and construction. Funding sources are now being sought to fund them.  Concept design - 80%
SR92/Fairburn Road Enhancements The AECOM cost proposal for the design was submitted on November 22nd.   Concept Design – 75% for Fairburn Road, 75% for Veteran’s Memorial.
Cedar Mountain Road Ribbon Cutting 2/13/2020.   80%
West Court House Square Roof work complete. Started on the parapet, sheet rock is being hung inside. Contract with Ra-Lin has been signed.

Pedestrian Bicycle Plan AECOM is gathering data and mapping. AECOM and the city met with ARC on June 13, 2019.The Steering Committee Meeting is scheduled for September 3, 2019. 10%
I-20 @ Chapel Hill Interchange Douglas County is the project manager. First Steering Committee meeting was held in June. The city is on the steering committee. Staff sent a letter to Miguel Valentin to come and speak to the City Council about an update on the project October 8, 2019. Miguel replied he would come on November 14, 2019 at the 5:00 pm City Council work session. Freedom Island- Went before City Council on August 15, 2019. City Council determined to make it a park. We are having it surveyed now. Received a quote from Vansant Campbell for surveying of $1700. Waiting on presentation from Douglas County to the City Council. 
Comprehensive Transportation Plan Update (CTP) Signed contract with Jacobs. Started study on June 12, 2019. Kick-off meeting with Jacobs on July 9, 2019.Jacobs is doing data collection. Jacobs went to a community event and surveyed citizens on 8-14-19. Steering Committee Meeting was on Tuesday, November 19th, 2019. 
Conference Center A/V Equipment/System Appointment made with SolutionZ to come out and do an inspection of what we need for RFO and new Audio Visual.  

LMIG 2019 Resurfacing

 Bids Opened September 20th. CW Matthews was the low bidder.  Contracts are being generated.

 Ellis Street

Improvements to Ellis Street from the SR 92 Underpass to Huey Road- AECOM Task Order 21 has been approved.
