The City Clerk's office is responsible for keeping the official seal and documents of the City of Douglasville and also maintains the City Charter and Code of Ordinances.

The Community Development Department is committed to providing excellent services necessary for Douglasville to continue and progress as a thriving community in the Southeast.

The Community Relations Department is the information link between City Government and our citizens. They handle all outreach and event/media support functions for the City of Douglasville.

The mission of the Municipal Court is to promote justice and provide prompt, courteous service in an efficient, professional manner while being dedicated to the principals of impartiality, fairness, and integrity.

The Engineering Department assists in smoothly implementing key capital improvement projects by providing expertise in engineering and project management duties and responsibilities.

The Finance Department is responsible for all financial functions of the City.

It is the mission of the Human Resources department to provide quality services to the City of Douglasville employees, including recruitment, retention, training, development and education.

The mission of Keep Douglasville Beautiful is to practice, promote, and encourage environmental stewardship through public education and community-based projects, within the City of Douglasville.

Marcia Hampton began her career with the City of Douglasville in 2003 and was appointed to the position of City Manager in 2015.
