Electrical Permit Application

Step 1.Account Creation:

Contractors, engineers, permit expeditors, and design professionals must create a "Contractor's Account" in the BS&A Online Portal prior to applying for permits.

Step 2.Webpin Acquisition:

Contact the Building Division at 678-449-3230 to obtain a webpin for your account.

Step 3.Application Process:

After creating your account and obtaining a webpin, log in to the BS&A Online Portal to complete and submit your application.

BS&A Online Portal 

Step 1.Eligible Permits:

Homeowners can apply for specific permits, such as:

• Heating/Cooling equipment installation
• Water heater replacements
• Electrical service reconnects

Step 2.Application Steps:

Homeowners do not need to create a "Contractor's Account."

In the BS&A Online Portal, at the "Enter Applicant Information" step, check the box: "I certify that I am the homeowner."

If the owner information is incorrect, still check the box, update the Applicant information, and proceed.
