Book an Alcohol Licensing Consultation

If you are applying for a new alcohol beverage license, changing an Agent/Outlet Manager, or making structural changes to your current license, the Finance Department is available to guide you through the process.
 
Due to limited staffing, walk-ins are strongly discouraged. To ensure staff and meeting space are available, please schedule an appointment in advance.
 
How it Works:
  1. Schedule an Appointment: Contact Tanya Hunter at alcohol-licensing@douglasvillega.gov or call 678-449-3244 to request a meeting.
  2. Pre-Meeting Review: Finance staff will confirm your appointment and email you the necessary paperwork to fill out ahead of time.
  3. Application Review: Staff will meet with you to answer questions, guide you through the requirements, and map out your next steps.
  4. Payment & Submission: Completed applications and licensing fees can be processed during your meeting.
Dropping Off Payments or Documents?
Meetings are only required for consultations and licensing changes. Standard paperwork and routine payments do not require an appointment and can be mailed or dropped off at the payment counter inside City Hall.
