It's Alcohol License Renewal Time

Businesses, it's time to renew your Alcohol License.

All alcoholic beverage licenses expire on December 31 of each year. A renewal application will be mailed to each licensee which will include a written application for renewal which is due on or before November 15

The renewal application can also be accessed electronically by logging into the Georgia Tax Center website.

The license fee shall be paid in full no later than December 31 of each year. If the renewal application is not made by November 15 of each  year or if such fees are not paid by December 31 of each year, an additional 10% of the license fee will be assessed against the licensee. Delay in submitting your application could result in a late fee.
