This meeting will be held at 6:00 pm, in Suite 300 at Jessie Davis Park, 7775 Malone Street, Douglasville, Georgia 30134. Application by Carmona Auto Sales, LLC. Interested parties may attend the public hearing.

The City of Douglasville Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025, to consider a request to amend the Unified Development Ordinance to remove the requirement for Special Land Use Permits for Short-Term Rentals. This meeting will be held at 6:00 pm, in Suite 300, Jessie Davis Park, 7775 Malone Street, Douglasville, Georgia 30134. Application by the City of Douglasville. Interested parties may attend the public hearing.
