The City of Douglasville’s Mayor and City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 2nd, 2026, to consider a request for a Variance from section 3.03.B, for a Guest House for property zoned R-2 (Single Family Residential Detached, District). The site consists of +/- 0.29 acres located at 6304 Melrose Street, in Land Lot 21, District 1, Section 5, Parcel ID 0021015C027. The City Council will hold a Regular Voting Meeting on Monday, July 6th, 2026. Both Council meetings will be held at 6:00 pm, in the Douglasville Conference Center Auditorium, 6700 Church Street, Douglasville, Georgia 30134. Application by Alex Popham.
