The Douglasville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 to consider a request for a change in zoning from R-2 (Single Family Residential, District) to PRD (Planned Residential Development, District) for +/- 4.26 acres located on 7755 Dallas Hwy, in Land Lot 736, District 1, Section 3, Parcel 07360130003. The request for rezoning will be considered at the City Councils Legislative Meeting on Thursday, April 16th, 2026 and voted upon at the Regular Voting Meeting on Monday, April 20th, 2026. Both Planning Commission and City Council meetings will be held at 6:00 pm, in the Douglasville Conference Center Auditorium, 6700 Church Street, Douglasville, Georgia 30134. The request for rezoning will be considered at the City Councils Legislative Meeting on Thursday, April 16th, 2026 and voted upon at the Regular Voting Meeting on Monday, April 20th, 2026. Both Planning Commission and City Council meetings will be held at 6:00 pm, in the Douglasville Conference Center Auditorium, 6700 Church Street, Douglasville, Georgia 30134. Application by Pivotal Hosing Partners. Interested parties may attend the public hearing.

The Douglasville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 to consider a request for Variances from section 3.07.B to increase the maximum building height and section 8.01 to reduce the required parking spaces for +/- 4.7 acres located on 7061 Arbor Parkway, in Land Lot 160, District 2, Section 5, Parcel ID 01600250080. The request for rezoning will be considered at the City Councils Legislative Meeting on Thursday, April 16th, 2026 and voted upon at the Regular Voting Meeting on Monday, April 20th, 2026. Both Planning Commission and City Council meetings will be held at 6:00 pm, in the Douglasville Conference Center Auditorium, 6700 Church Street, Douglasville, Georgia 30134.
