The City of Douglasville Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 7th, 2026, to consider a request to adopt a proposed ordinance to amend Article 3 of the Unified Development Ordinance to add a new subsection 3.08 and amend subsections 2.02.C, and 8.01 for a New Zoning classification. The Planning Commission recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council for a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 16th, 2026, and Regular Voting Meeting on Monday, July 20th, 2026. All meetings will be held at 6:00 pm, in the Douglasville Conference Center Auditorium, 6700 Church Street, Douglasville, Georgia 30134. Application by Community Development Department. Interested parties may attend the public hearing.
