Hunger and homelessness are a reality for far too many people. The U.S. is the richest nation in the world, but 37 million Americans are at risk of suffering from hunger and more than 500,000 Americans are homeless on a typical night.
Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week is an annual program where people come together across the country to draw attention to the problems of hunger and homelessness.
Participating groups spend the week holding a series of educational, service, fundraising, and advocacy events.
Join the call to end poverty. Visit HHweek.org to learn more about ways to fight hunger and homelessness in our community.
Events are held all across the United States. Organize one in our community!
