Hunger and homelessness are a reality for far too many people. The U.S. is the richest nation in the world, but 37 million Americans are at risk of suffering from hunger and more than 500,000 Americans are homeless on a typical night. Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week color logo

Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week is an annual program where people come together across the country to draw attention to the problems of hunger and homelessness.

Participating groups spend the week holding a series of educational, service, fundraising, and advocacy events.
